It would be great to say that there was some very important and quite interesting reason for not posting here for some time. Alas, but there isn’t. Here is me trying to not beat my previous record of over one year’s time between posts.
We have all heard it said many time over that “life is an adventure”. As a father of a two year old, I couldn’t agree more. Life each day with my daughter is a new experience, of which not all are planned, expected or ideal, but certainly all of which are adventuresome! The photos below are not of my family’s journey through this life called adventure, but of a different kind that I took while on a weekend getaway excursion with a few guys on the Olympic Peninsula. Our location, for most of the weekend was Cape Alava, which is one part of the Lake Ozette Triangle. Due to weather conditions that weekend, we ended up not doing the triangle in its entirety. Nonetheless, the weekend was filled with hiking and exploration up and down the coastline.
