On June 18th of this year, my mother had a surgical procedure preformed on her brain to remove a slow bleed aneurysm from her right frontal lobe.  There is a book of stories to be told that lead up to the 18th, but I feel it is enough to say that she is now quite healthy and once again enjoying life.  After she was released from the hospital, it was a few days before she was ready to travel from Seattle back to Coeur d’ Alene.  On the drive back I was pulled over for speeding but was not issued a ticket by the very kind WSP Officer.  The next day I drove back to Seattle, but not before I took a few photos along the way.  Below are four images that have no relation to each other except for the fact that they were taken in a four hour period.  The image directly below is posted with her permission.
